FANTASTIC stay!

I LOVED the helpful staff. They gave me a useful map and directions to nearby restaurants. They provided luggage storage after checkout (SO convenient!). The location is great. It is close to many outdoor restaurants just a few streets away from the main tourist area.
The room had a slight noise issue from the street, but it wasn't too bad.

The hotel includes a small area near reception with an honesty bar, where guests can prepare hot drinks and get small snacks (LOVE IT!). A supermarket near the hotel makes it easy to grab drinks and snacks.

There is a nice bar next door, it serves great food and drinks at reasonable prices. A VERY new Japanese restaurant is also located next door, and it offers the best sushi I have ever had with really good value.

The friendly staff was very helpful. i appreciated the detailed map they gave me. they stored my luggage after i checked out, that was great! the hotel directed me to some restaurants a few streets away. They were away from the busy tourist area, i liked that.
The room did not have air conditioning. It just had an air conditioner but it did not work. i had to keep the windows open, so it was noisy!

The hotel has everything you need for a short stay. the central station is very close. It is a five minute walk! you can easily hop on buses and trains from there.

the hotel is located pretty close to the central bus station! it is also near the historic part of the city. there are some good restaurants and bookstores nearby, this is very convenient.

the hotel had no dining facilities. however the staff provided a good map. they directed us to an area with lots of outdoor restaurants about 2/3 streets away!

I had a spacious room. It was perfect for my family. actually, it was one bigger room with a double bed. the other smaller one had a single bed. It was very clean.

The location was excellent. It was near the central station , made day trips easy. the room featured a nice little balcony, i found that quite a treat. i appreciated the helpful staff and their willingness to store my bike. the reception area had an honesty bar. This allowed for convenient hot drinks and snacks.
the street outside was quite busy and noisy, so i had to keep the windows closed most of the time. it was a minor inconvenience, but worth noting.

the reception staff provided quick and efficient service at both check-in and check-out, and they were very helpful with directions and local information. they arranged luggage storage upon my early arrival, it helped me explore without baggage. i really liked it!

i found great Value. a receptionist was very helpful when I needed something. they permitted me to take the room early. it was a brief stay, but I felt really satisfied.
the room don't have air conditioning. it has an air conditioner, but it did not WORK. the hotel should corrected this problem.
